Terms of Service

Last updated: June 1, 2026

Please read these terms carefully before using Perry. They explain what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Perry's website and community (collectively, the 'Services'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Services. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

Nature of our services

Perry is a community and content platform. We are not a healthcare provider, and nothing on this site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Content — including articles, community posts, and product recommendations — is for general informational purposes only.

Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with questions about a medical condition, and never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read here.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.

User-generated content & community guidelines

You retain ownership of content you post, and grant Perry a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute it on the platform.

You agree not to post content that is harassing, medically dangerous or misleading, spam, or promotional without permission. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

Community discussions reflect individual members' personal experiences, not professional medical opinions, and should not be relied on as such.

Membership

Community membership is currently free. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future; existing members would be notified in advance of any change affecting them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perry and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including reliance on any content or product recommendation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
